HELLO !!!!

Its Wednesday today and that means it's Heartfelt Creations Day !!!! New projects and new inspirations, it all leaves me awestruck. You have to visit the Heartfelt Creations blog. We have been showing many beautiful projects from Under the Sea collection .Really !!!! what a collection!!! I never new it can be so challenging and yet so beautiful. I got this as my DT submission package and believe me !!! First look at it and  I was really nervous !!! For two days , I just stared at it with nothing coming to my mind. Then all things fell in place.
I have been wanting to make a pop up album from a very long time; but something like this was just next to impossible. So far this has been my best project till date. It was a result of days of hard work and back breaking one!!! I would stand for hours together to complete one full page. The result is seen to be believed. Each page reveals the enchanting world under the sea. You can almost feel the cool quiet water and the beauty that is just evident from each page.

How did I make it !!! It is really impossible to write exact step by step instructions for the whole project but I have tried to write most of it. You will be able to know each and every details and yes!!! it is very heavily detailed !!!!! as you open up each page.
the post is loaded with pictures as I wanted to give you a thorough walk through the sea floor.
And yes !! there is a video too.

So hold your breadth for now we are taking a dive into the sea!!!!!

So what do you think !!!!

Here are the instructions and supply list.

The Album measures 10 inches by 9 inches.
This is a pop up mini album made in mixed media style. Each page opens up to reveal the sea floor with all its features and creatures.
To make a page, follow the accordion style method. Cut 8 black cardstock measuring 8" x 8". Cut another 8 black cardstock measuring 8 1/2" x 8". Score the latter pieces at the 8 inch score line and fold. Apply glue and stick the scored portion to the 8x8 inch black card stock on right side.Fold and continue to make 8 such pages. Fold in accordion style.
To make the pop up tab on each page, follow these cut marks. Take a folded page and make slits that are 1" or 1 1/2" in width and extend the slit on either side of the fold line. Make 2-3 such slits and tabs at equal distance. These are popped out onto the front and serve as stands for die cuts and photo mats.
Make 2-3 tabs on each page. Now cut pattern paper from Under the Sea Paper pad and adhere to the base page according to the page design.
Make a sea floor by tearing and matching different patterns. Add texture to the pages with stencils and modelling paste. Spray with differnt colours and dry between each layers. Apply lots of glitter, embossing powder, beads etc to give the look of sea floor. Cut several deigns from the Paper pad using the matching dies. Attach to the pages as shown accoring to design. Create the look of sea floor by applying, crackle paste, flower soft and distress glitter. In places , add the Hibiscus flowers made from Tropical hibiscus cling stamp and die and shape them on flower shaping kit.
Cut two pieces of chip board 10"x 9" and a spine 3" x 10 " Make album cover with Under the sea papers. Attach the first part of page to the front cover and last page to back cover. Decorate the front of album as shown. Attach ribbon and charms.
