Instructions: To make the easel base, fold 12 inches by 6 inches card stock in half and make a score line diagonally in the centre of the top flap on a scoring board. Fold to make a triangle. Cut two die cuts in rounded window frame die from yellow card stock and adhere them together. Cut out the centre using the circle die and add a pattern paper design circle at the centre. Adhere this on the folded easel top flap. Stamp the hot air balloon in black ink on white card stock. Stamp the animals. Color with Zig markers. Cut with matching die and assemble the balloon and animals on the top triangle fold.
Cut pattern paper smaller than the card base and adhere to the base. Cut a circle using circle die. Add some glitter elements. Cover with acetate sheet and add an eyelet circle frame cut from yellow card stock.
Stamp the wild rose flowers in pink peony on the deluxe flower shaping paper. Stamp the rose vines from the Welcome Baby Stamp set. Colour using the archival colours and zig markers. Cut with matching die. Make filler flowers in shades of yellow using the purr-fect posies stamp and die. Make leaves from Large wild rose collection. Shape the flowers with the molds and groove golf tools and add stamens.
Arrange the flowers and stamped images on the base. Add a sentiment cut from the pattern paper. Add the baby girl sentiment.

A CHRISTMAS CARD

This is my second Magnolia card and I love colouring her. She is sitting on a branch with snow and flowers (the flowers are again done with punches--mini roses) and note my new CB folder-victoria. The PP is from Do crafts and the scalloped embossing is done on the ultimate pro. Some Faux Stitching(wonder When I,ll be able to do it Right) and there she is!

Sweet Sketch Wednesday#68

Thats a beautiful sketch from Sweet sketch Wednesday#68 and one can do a lot. Althougth I do not have a Tiddlyinks image, I decided to go for it with punch craft flowers. The colour combo is red and mustard and I think this looks really nice. Spellbinders, Cuttlebug embossing and punch craft all go into it.

A New Baby Card

I wanted to make a baby card since a long time but could not find time. he card patterns Sketch 72 is simply awesome. I recently bought lots of papers from Itsy Bitsy and Starmark and wanted to use them.I also bought these cute wooden embellishments from an exhibition. There were 100 designs and I had a hard time choosing them. The roses are from Yvvone's tutorial on making roses from felt flowers. I tried them with paper and got amazing results. Thanks Yvvone for the wonderful tutorials. This card also goes for BEE CRAFTY Challenge 33 --3D The Challenge at 365 cards Day 138 is too good. They have given a list of things and you have to create a card using one of the things. Quite exciting! I have used gingham pattern, pink blue purple colour trio, 2 brads, and the circle as the shape of the die cut. whew thats it!
