Spellbinders July 9 Vintage Treasures Blog Hop

Hello to all,

I am so excited to be a part of the Spellbinders Vintage Treasures Blog Hop by Becca Feeken. One can not help but be mesmerised by Becca's amazing cards and this collection is truly royal and beautiful like all other collections

You can see the Vintage Treasure Collection here

My first card is has a colour scheme of ivory and gold which happens to be my favourite too.  have used the  Shapeabilities Cannetille Rectangle Etched Dies and die cut them in ivory and gold paper. I them layered them as shown . I have also used my scoring board to add score lines at the card base and also in the centre insert.
The beautiful white flowers are made with Shapeabilities Cinch and Go V Etched Dies. I added some brown ink in the centre with my sponge dauber and layered two big and one medium flower after I embossed them a lottle. Then some gold prills were added to finish the flowers.
I layered the flowers and leaves along with gold thread bunch. The sentiment tags are from Becca's previous collection  Amazing Paper Grace Vintage Elegance  Graceful Tiny Tag Stamp and Die Set
The Spellbinders Platinum machine was used to give these beautiful die cuts in fast and easy way. Even the intricate detailed dies can be cut like butter in this machine.

My second card has a combination of Blue and ivory.  For  this card , I have used pearlescent blue paper. I cut the die cuts from Shapeabilities Infinity Link Border Etched Dies  and the label with sentiment is from Shapeabilities Antiquities Square Etched Dies . The flowers are made from
Shapeabilities Cinch and Go V Etched Dies.

Here is another card with Vintage treasures collection.

Create a Rose with Craft Passion

Hello to all

A rose is the most beautiful of all flowers and it is always a pleasure to create one. Add a rose to any project and see its beauty enhanced. Craft Passion has beautiful flower dies and scrapbooking papers that help you to make unique projects .

I have created a rose with the Flower set no. 5. This is a wonderful die set and one can create many flowers with this. See another flower made with this die  here

See this card below where just two roses bring out the beauty of this card against the beautiful wood
grain paper. I have added some texture with stencil and modelling paste.

A very simple card but yet so elegant.

Do visit the Craft Passion store for all you craft supplies. Please leave a comment if you like my work .
